Freedom Twice Lost is an astounding biography of Roberto Miranda the first person ever released from Death Row in Nevada. The book has been highlighted on CSPAN under serious books and will be highlighted at the conference this week January 8,2025 in Phoenix at the Death Penalty conference. The book points out in clear detail how the American system of justice failed an innocent man. After 14 years in living hell, Roberto was finally released but the Judge never exonerated Roberto. The horrors Roberto was forced to endure because the judicial system refused to be, in fact judicial. Read the book and weep. Let his story move people into action, into levelling the playing field, allowing everyone adequate representation and judges who don't prejudge cases.
