Freedom Twice Lost is a great way to celebrate the freedom for ALL Black lives. A biography of Roberto Miranda who lost his freedom in Cuba to have it taken away in America. For 14 years he sat on Death Row for a crime he didn't commit. He was finally freed when his case was review by w judge who saw the ineptness of the trial. Black and poor are a horrible combination of traits when standing in front of a jury. The defense attorney was straight out of law school and had never defended anyone who could receive the death penalty. Read the testimony and the inferior defense and weep. Over a dozen laws were changed in the state of Nevada after this fiasco. A must read. Scene on CSPAN under serious books.
