James Allen Jr Not My Chair is the story of a young teen who became misguided and ended up in the wrong crowd. When he should have been concentrating on the good in his life, he sought an alternative route to make up for what he did have. Impressionable, he followed his mentor into a life of crime. One night the end of James' life almost happened when the homeowner raised a gun to kill the intruder. After 30 years on Death Row and prison, he was released. James vowed he would never allow his experiences to happen to another young teen. Redemption is how James lives his life. Pictured is his visit to a charity store which offers women fresh out of prison a chance to pick-up essential items.
