Saturday morning the sun had cleared away lingering overnight clouds leaving the city with a crystal clear sky, brisk air and brilliant light. With less than two weeks until Christmas morning, households are buzzing earlier than usual with preparations. It is a guarantee the dollar stores will be packed with customers purchasing wrapping paper, decorations, candy and toys. Although there is a lot to do, it is fun and for a few fleeting moments are minds are drawn away from the obsession of virus fears. It's a perfect day to take a walk, ride a bicycle, play a round of golf, tennis or enjoy a hike in the low lying mountains. Wave to a neighbor!
