Some Clouds in our Sky

I have to admit two days in a row we woke up to cloudy skies. Sunday was completely overcast yet the temperatures were mild enough for a walk to the park and ease shopping at the stores. Here, our parking lots at the grocery stores are flat, so the cart doesn't run away. Those memories of food shopping and returning to the car parked on an angle and then jostling the food into the trunk. Not here in Las Vegas. Maybe that is why everyone is smiling when they are leaving the clean, well lit, large grocery stores. Best of all, our produce is reasonably priced and fresh. Limes and lemons actually have juice and are bursting with fragrant smells. Yes, on a cloudy day, there is a lot to be thankful for here in Las Vegas,
